Pajero NL (Blister Guard) Snorkel

Hey mates. Richard, one of the mates of our facebook fanpage has found out that there is an ebay seller who advertises for a Snorkel Kit. The Snorkel is meant to be for Mitsubishi Pajero NL (1997 - 2000) with the wide body aka Blister Guards. If you're interested, here's the link: Pajero NL Snorkel at ebay.com

An update on this Snorkel. I have just bought one and will install it within the next 2 weeks just before our awesome Cape York trip. :) Will do a write up later.

Here's a European shop (I think Spain) that has Snorkels for 99,90 EUR for the face lifted Pajero Gen 2.

Did you fit the e autobay snorkel from ebay. There is also one snorkel for Mitsubishi Pajero NL from seller called kayiko on ebay, but he said that it cannot be fitted to the car with 3.5 l engine.

Is the only choice for Mitsubishi Pajero NL with 3.5 l V6 6G74 engine the Airflow snorkel which can be bought from TJM or can something else be fitted as well without having to do too many modifications.
Can someone please give some advice.

Thanks
Karel

I wanted to write Airtec instead of airflow. :)

Hey Karel,

I have to ask Richard what engine he has. Do you have a blister guard Pajero (the one with the edgy fenders)?
Karel

Mine is like on this picture.

I think that the guards for 3.0 l and 3.5 l are the same, although I don't know if the parts under the guard, where you connect the tube from snorkel, are the same.
