Put this Fox Evo 2.0 Steering Damper yesterday in my Jeep Wrangler JK and it makes a huge difference driving on corrugated roads and over bumps with 35s. The tyres usually tend to find their own way while giving a lot of feedback to the steering wheel. After installing the damper the steering still feels firm but a lot less side action is produced by the wheels. Happy so far. 🙂

I finally got some time to relocate the steering dumper so it sits above the sway bar rather than sitting underneath and be prone to get hit by rocks and stuff when offroading. This is done with a so call relocation bolt which you can get for 60 bucks at DBOR (http://www.doubleblackoffroad.com/jeep-wrangler-parts/DBOR-Dampener-Relocation-Bolt-Kit) for example. I've seen exactly the same bolt by another company for 25 USD I just can't find it anymore. I'll keep you updated. 🙂
In order to get the other end of the Fox Shock Steering Damper onto this bolt you need to take out the metal sleeve that sits inside the rubber bushing. Just take a bigger bolt and a hammer and whack it a bit, should come out easy. 🙂
