The Springs 4x4 Park

The Springs is a 4WD adventure park and campground set on 1700 acres with "currently between 80-100kms of tracks if you hit em all once" (Lucas Bree) in the Granite Belt region of South East Queensland, just south of Warwick.

It's also the the home of famous Beer O’clock Hill.

The property offers a range of tracks graded from easy to extreme, aiming to cater for different vehicle types and driver experience levels, along with lookout points such as Love Hill offering panoramic views over the surrounding countryside.

Access to the campsite track is generally maintained for 2WD vehicles and caravans, though the driving tracks themselves range up to extreme difficulty and carry recovery risk. Bookings are essential, with weekends generally open without prior booking but weekdays and school holidays by appointment only. Unregistered vehicles are not permitted on site.

Before heading out, be aware that 4WDing here is treated as a dangerous activity undertaken at the driver's own risk, and recovery fees apply if a vehicle becomes stranded, with higher flat rates for named extreme sections such as Carnage Canyon, Battle Axe Gorge and Sledgehammer. Campfires are allowed only in existing fire pits, generators may only run until 9pm, and there are no powered sites. Dogs are welcome on leads but must stay in the vehicle at check-in due to resident dogs on site.
