Intercolonial Remoulds Mud Tyre Review

hey all. after much soul searching, googling, & bank account gazing, I've chosen my new muddies.
they are (drum roll)......... the intercolonial remoulds!!!!
as they are for off road only, I felt the general low speeds of offroading would suit the remoulded tyre. i'll admit, price was a factor, $100 each for 265 75 16 compared to name your price for the big brands, but the fact is, a grand + just for my offroad tyres was not an option.
they will arrive in a week or so, & i'll be keen as to try them out. after all they have federal couragai's to follow on from.
i'll give them a few test runs around glasshouse & then they will be along for the coff trip when that's on.
I'm very interested to se how a remould performs, so I will make this my first ever product review.
i'll measure tread depth when they arrive, & be following wear rates & so on. but most of all, obviously, how they go in the bush.
so let me know if your interested in me reporting on how these babies go.
cheers guys/girls.

Lookin good mate... 15mm is about standard for even 1st cast brand name tyres :) ... ya gunna confuse a few people with tread like that on AT carcasses!! ha ha

Hmm, i'd be watching that mold line when 4wding as it looks like a good spot to get the new tread ripped off by rocks and sticks etc.

These are the biggest all terrains I've ever seen.

good point navman, something else to watch out for......
I laughed out loud when I saw they were on all terrain carcases, geeze....if they're a/t's .....imagine their muddies!!!! hahaha.
on the all terrain pic you can see the little ribs running down i was talking about.
and unmounted they measure 808 mm or about 31 3/4"

Why have you deleted the pictures Andrew? :)
HillsForThrills

Is that where they went...?
y_b_normal OP

i didn't delete them.....intentionally.... I only added another one...I honestly don't know wtf is going on. this forum is NOT idiot proof enough for me to use.
i'll re load them then.
I only added one more pic when I got home......
chaos &`confusion.......hehe... my job here is done...
